WRU Flag brings NFL FLAG Canada and Wide Receiver University together for a local winter season in the Lower Mainland. First-time players learn the game; returning athletes keep developing between fall tackle and spring community flag.
Flag pulls replace tackles. Players build passing, catching, footwork and decision-making through coaching and team play—with confidence, friendships and fun at the heart of it.

Development starts with a love of the game. Rashaun’s vision is to give every athlete the chance to learn, build confidence and enjoy playing football—whether it’s their first season or their next step.
As a former NFL and CFL player and founder of Wide Receiver University (WRU), he brings professional experience to a program built around purposeful coaching, teamwork and fun.
